How to Make Mana Potions in Delverium

The community Minor Mana Potion reference gives 1 Cave Moss and 1 Glowing Mushroom at a Cookpot, restoring 40 mana. It also lists a Mana Potion upgrade using a Minor Mana Potion and Ectoplasm. Permanent Mana Tokens and armour regeneration bonuses are separate choices.

Craft the basic recovery item

1. Keep 1 Cave Moss and 1 Glowing Mushroom available.
2. Stand near a Cookpot and open the crafting list.
3. Craft Minor Mana Potion.
4. Use it through the consumable action when recovering spent mana, then inspect the mana change.

The reference's 40-mana effect is recovery, not a permanent 40-point capacity increase. For capacity, use the Mana Token guide.

Inspect the Mana Potion recipe

The Cookpot and potion references list a Minor Mana Potion plus 1 Ectoplasm for Mana Potion. Keep the base potion and the additional ingredient available and compare the in-game recipe before crafting. This page does not invent the upgraded potion's effect amount from its name.

Choose supplies and equipment separately

The armour table lists Crystal's Mana Regen +40% set bonus and Necromancer's Magic Damage +15%. A damage bonus does not provide the same resource benefit as regeneration, and neither replaces a potion recipe. Compare the constraint in your last failed fight: empty mana, low damage or health loss.

If the recipe or recovery is unexpected

For a red ingredient, check cave materials and chest access. For a missing recipe, stand beside the Cookpot and inspect the current recipe list. For mana not resetting after sleep or death, check v0.1.0.3, which explicitly fixed that symptom. Record the potion, resource level and build rather than assuming the recovery amount proves a death-rule change.

Where the basic cave ingredients come from

The community Cave Moss reference says to harvest moss growing underground. The Glowing Mushroom reference says to harvest wild glowing mushrooms underground. Keep 1 of each for a Minor Mana Potion at a Cookpot. These are named plant/material sources, not chest-only supplies or a guaranteed cave-coordinate map.
