How to Get Ectoplasm in Delverium

The community Ectoplasm reference lists Ghosts and Wraiths as its sources. It is used with a Minor Mana Potion for Mana Potion, and with Cave Moss and Fire Essence for Teleport Potion. Match the enemy and material names; Soul Essence is not an interchangeable ingredient.

Check the enemy source

  1. Look for the named Ghost or Wraith enemy rather than assuming every skeleton supplies Ectoplasm.
  2. Defeat the target and inspect the dropped material.
  3. Keep Ectoplasm separate from Soul Essence and other enemy materials in your recipe planning.

The reference does not give a drop rate or fixed spawn coordinate. v0.1.0.3 also adds small mini-boss timer progress on Wraith kills, but that is a separate spawn-progression change, not an Ectoplasm drop guarantee.

Use the ingredient for the intended potion

Diagnose a missing potion

Stand near the Cookpot with the complete ingredients available and use the player crafting list. If the Mana Potion ingredient is blue, inspect the Minor Mana Potion's base recipe and station requirements. Owning Ectoplasm does not replace the base potion.

Choose recovery or travel

Use the mana recipe guide when your problem is spent casting resources. Use the Teleport Potion guide when your goal is returning to the last spawn point. The same material serves both tasks, but the finished items do different jobs.
