Delverium Roadmap: Current Priorities, Mods and Planned Content
The v0.1.0.3 developer news prioritises guidance and discoverability, further balancing and quality-of-life work, and more enemies and loot. Longer-term plans include NPC behaviour and quests, official mod support, biomes and bosses, and pets and mounts. These are priorities, not dated release commitments.

Start with changes that have actually shipped
Recent official updates added fishing weapons and upgrade recipes in v0.1.0.2, then underground flooring/torch placement and stronger spawn suppression in v0.1.0.3. The latest patch guide explains what to change in an existing world. Those items belong in current advice rather than a future wish list.
Read the announced priorities by horizon
| Developer horizon | Topics in the latest news | What it means for your run |
|---|---|---|
| Current priorities | Guidance/discoverability, balance and quality of life, enemies and loot | Keep the build version when comparing progression or spawn advice. |
| Longer term | NPC behaviour and quests, official mod support, additional biomes/bosses, pets/mounts | Do not plan an immediate farming or travel route around an unshipped feature. |
Two distinctions that prevent misleading guides
Official mod support is still future work in the latest announcement. The existence of a community project such as Lodestone does not establish that Steam Workshop or an official mod installation flow has launched. See the mod-support status page for the available routes.
The June developer news already described catchable critters being used as bait or kept as pets. The later pets/mounts plan should not be treated as evidence that every announced mount or pet-management feature is usable now. The Small Net guide covers the current capture tool.
Follow a feature without assuming a date
- Check the official Steam news title and version.
- Look for an added/fixed/updated entry for the specific feature rather than a general statement that it is planned.
- Use the current game's menu or item description to distinguish a shipped option from a future plan.
The cited roadmap text does not provide deadlines for these longer-term features. This page does not turn their order into a release schedule or claim to maintain a daily news feed.
