Delverium Memory Fractures: Sources, Fracture Bars and Access Key

The community Memory Fracture reference lists drops from the Segmentation Fault Boss and occasional drops from Access Faults. Fracture Bar uses 4 Memory Fractures at a Silver Furnace; Access Key lists 2 Memory Fractures plus a Silver Bar at an Iron Anvil. These are different from the Code Fragment recipes.

Target the named enemies

Check the enemy and material names rather than treating every Fault or Error as the same source. The reference specifically names Segmentation Fault Boss and Access Faults. It does not provide a drop percentage or a guaranteed number from each encounter.

If finding the next region is the obstacle, use the lore/map-marker loop and later stair advice. This item reference is not a complete boss-move guide or a fixed-coordinate map.

Choose the recipe and station together

The key row names a Silver Bar without an explicit multiplier in the captured table; read the in-game amount before crafting. The recipe does not establish every location where the key is used.

Fix an unavailable recipe

1. Confirm you collected Memory Fracture, not Code Fragment or another technical-named material.
2. Keep the amount available in inventory for a first test.
3. Stand beside the Silver Furnace for the bar or Iron Anvil for the key.
4. Inspect missing/red/blue ingredient states and include any nested recipe station.

Turn the bars into a useful upgrade

The Hardwood reference lists Heavy Refactor at 4 Hardwood + 6 Fracture Bars using an Iron Anvil. Choose the actual upgrade you need rather than turning every fracture into bars when you intended to craft a key. The tools guide distinguishes resource tier from combat damage.
