Delverium Save Location: Character, World and Backup Folders
On Windows, the full game's saves live under AppData\LocalLow\Sagestone Games\Delverium\Users\[SteamID]\Saves. Player and World are separate subfolders. Back up the intended files while the game is closed; importing a demo character does not convert a demo world.

Find the full-game folder
Paste %appdata%\..\LocalLow\Sagestone Games\Delverium\Users\ into Windows Explorer, choose your Steam-ID folder and open Saves. Use Player for characters and World for world files. The community world editor identifies its world files with the .wsv extension.
Make a separate backup
- Exit the game and let the normal Steam sync finish.
- Copy the character/world files or the complete relevant save directory into a separately named backup folder.
- Record the world or character name, game build and date beside the copy.
- Keep the original untouched when experimenting with an editor or manual import.
A separate character backup does not include buildings and exploration from the world; include both subfolders if that is what you intend to preserve.
Demo character location differs
In the Steam library, right-click Delverium Demo, choose Manage → Browse local files, then open Users\[SteamID]\Saves\Player\. The developer's manual import copies the desired player save into the full game's Player folder. Read the full procedure before copying, and preserve any full-game file that has the same name.
Proton world-folder reference
The community world-editor author gives the corresponding prefix under SteamLibrary/steamapps/compatdata/2710040/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/LocalLow/Sagestone Games/Delverium/Users/, followed by Steam ID and Saves/World. Library locations differ by installation; this path is a community Proton reference, not a claim of a native Linux version or a tested cloud rollback.
