Delverium Fault Acid: Exploding Drones, Fault Tubes and Recipes
Fault Acid drops from Exploding Drones and can be harvested from Fault Tubes. The reference uses it for Fault Sword and Major Mana Potion recipes, both listed at an Obsidian Anvil. It is not mined Fault Ore and does not replace a Microchip.

Choose the drop or object
Look for Exploding Drones when using an enemy route, or Fault Tubes when using a harvesting route. Confirm that the collected material is Fault Acid. The entry does not provide a drop rate, guaranteed object density or a universal location for every generated world.
Reserve Acid for the correct craft

The Major Mana row names the base Mana Potion without an explicit quantity multiplier or recovery amount. Read the installed recipe card for those details; this source does not support inventing a numerical recovery value.
Check the remaining dependency
For the sword, make the six bars from 24 Fault Ore at a Silver Furnace before approaching the anvil. For the potion, keep the earlier recovery potion instead of consuming it immediately. If the finished recipe is unavailable, verify the correct station and every intermediate item rather than gathering an unrelated essence.
